To help us understand your needs and what you’re looking for, we’d love to ask a few questions below about your preferences and how you plan to use your new item(s). Based on your answers, we may share a suggestion or two based on our experience in the wood industry.
PAB Wood Designs will furnish a computer-generated rendering (“Rendering”) of the proposed products to the customer for review and approval. The Rendering is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a guarantee of final appearance, dimensional accuracy, or manufacturing results. Customer approval must be provided in writing prior to the commencement of production.
Prior to production, PAB Wood Designs will communicate product details to the customer using the customer’s preferred contact method. Upon receipt of the customer’s final written approval, PAB Wood Designs will proceed with production in accordance with the approved materials and specifications.
Any request to cancel the order, or any requested change to the design, specifications, artwork, or any other aspect of the product after written approval has been provided, shall be subject to availability and may result in additional charges and/or revised timelines, all at the customer’s sole expense. The customer shall be responsible for all costs associated with such changes, cancellations, or rework.
If the customer provides artwork, the customer represents and warrants that it either owns the artwork or has the right to provide it for the intended use. The customer retains all right, title, and interest in and to the provided artwork. PAB Wood Designs will not reproduce, copy, or otherwise use the customer-provided artwork except for purposes of fulfilling the customer’s order, and will not reproduce such artwork for any other purpose without the owner’s prior written consent.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, PAB WOOD DESIGNS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. No warranty of any type applies after thirty (30) days from delivery or completion of the product.
If the customer believes there is an issue with the product, the customer must notify PAB Wood Designs in writing within the applicable timeframe described above, stating the nature of the concern and providing supporting details. The customer’s continued use of the product and/or failure to provide timely notice may be deemed acceptance.
